McCay Duff LLP received a Net Promoter Score® (NPS®) of 84.4%, which is more than 222% of the industry’s average of 38% in 2021. NPS® (Net Promoter Score®) is a Customer Loyalty metric developed by Fred Reicheld in 2003. It measures the likelihood of customers to recommend a business, brand or service. The NPS® metric is based on one simple question: “How likely are you to recommend this business to a friend or colleague?”. Customers are asked to answer this question on a scale of 0 to 10 in a survey. This powerful metric is used across a range of industries to measure customer satisfaction.
