McCay Duff LLP continues to monitor the escalating implications of the Covid-19 outbreak very closely and have been adjusting our operations accordingly.  Our top priority remains the health and safety of our people, our clients and our community while minimizing disruptions in our delivery of service.

In addition to curtailing face to face meetings, we have been requiring all possible members of our team to work from home to do our part to “flatten the curve” and slow the spread of the virus.

Effective Monday March 23, our building will no longer be accessible to the public, including our clients, until further notice.  We will have mail forwarded; however, we urge you to use our secure Portal (https://mccayduff.cchifirm.ca/clientportal/) to transfer electronic files whenever possible.  In person drop off of your documents will also no longer be an option.

We strongly encourage our clients to exchange information with us electronically through our secure client Portal. We do not recommend sending us information by email.

While our physical office will be closed, we remain open for business and are able to continue to fully service your needs remotely via telephone and by virtual means.  We have invested heavily in providing our staff the tools to operate effectively remotely and stand ready to serve you.

Please refer to our March 18 communication for information on extension of filing and payment deadlines and other financial relief measures.

We appreciate your continued support and understanding as we navigate these uncertain times together.

If you have any questions or concerns or need to make any special arrangements, please reach out to your McCay Duff advisor to discuss.

Sincerely,

McCay Duff LLP
The Partners of McCay Duff
